The INVITE project held an extra Transnational Project Meeting (replacing the kick off meeting that was held online) at the end of April 2024. The meeting took place in Copenhagen, hosted by the University of Aalborg, Denmark.
Focus was given to R4 and R5:
R4: Developing the Digital Ecosystem and Hackathons:
- Exploration of suitable platform options and technologies for the ecosystem.
- Planning the action-training program integration into the digital platform.
- Conceptualizing the international competition hackathons, including themes, structure, and judging criteria.
- Strategizing on how to engage institutions and teachers in the hackathons and foster sustainable collaboration.
R5: Identifying Higher Education Policies and Strategies:
- Researching and analyzing relevant policies and strategies at national and European levels.
- Identifying barriers and enablers for innovation in teaching and learning in the context of cross-border virtual and blended programs.
- Developing recommendations for policymakers and institutions to promote sustainable practices.
